My Home Move, the UK’s leading provider of mover conveyancing services, has been granted planning permission and started work on its new £6million conveyancing headquarters on Leicester’s Grove Park.
The development by the company follows an award-winning and record-breaking year. In 2015 My Home Move picked up eight industry awards for its exceptional conveyancing service and helped over 50,000 people to buy, sell or remortgage their homes.
My Home Move, which is currently recruiting, aims to expand its workforce and bring an additional 100 people into its business. The new building, which will take 10 months to complete, will become home to a mix of its professional support staff and its conveyancing teams, enabling it to bring all of its Leicester-based employees together at Grove Park.
Speaking of the expansion, Doug Crawford, CEO of My Home Move said:
“Over the last three years My Home Move has experienced incredible growth to become the UK’s leading conveyancing provider. We are a national company that is proud to have its Head Office in Leicester and by developing a brand new and purpose-built office we are able to provide an environment which enables our employees to thrive.
“We strive to provide a conveyancing service at the forefront of innovation; that enables our clients to manage their home move effectively and efficiently through cutting edge technology. And our new site at Grove Park is just part of our journey towards revolutionising the customer experience of conveyancing by combining the use of innovative technology with unrivalled expertise and unrivalled customer care.”
The new building is being developed by Brackley Property Developments and has been designed by Leicester-based architects Stephen George & Partners LLP, with Stepnell Ltd engaged as the main contractor.
